My fun white food day

I thought that I would make my life a little more interesting and only eat WHITE food all day! It was a challenge but a fun one, I thought that for some reason as all of the food was white it would have no added colourings etc so might be healthier, I'm not sure if that was the case but I did find the food was more bland and I was craving flavour by the end of the day.
I bought some of that small actimel drinks and that was the first time I had tried them, I was presently surprised by how good they were although I'm not sure what they are suppose to do to your body? I think I remember watching a health programme some years ago about them saying their claims were unfounded?!
